Description

Most excavators use water cooling devices to dissipate the heat of the engine. The engine water cooling system is mainly composed of a water pump, a radiator, a cooling fan, a thermostat, a water jacket in the cylinder, and a cylinder head.
If the temperature controller is damaged, the electronic fan is damaged, the water tank is short of water, etc., the cooling water of the water tank cannot be cooled in the cooling system. If the engine cooling temperature is too high, it will cause the engine to pull cylinders, pull the tiles, damage the entire engine or even scrap it. Insufficient coolant in the water tank and poor heat dissipation of the engine are very harmful to the excavator.
Once the water temperature sensor signal is inaccurate or the electronic fan circuit is abnormal, the electronic fan will continue to run. At this time, the engine water temperature will drop. If the engine water temperature is too low, fuel consumption will definitely increase.
